• For drivers: valid driving licence, Aadhaar card, and complete vehicle details including registration number

2 Use of Personal Data

• Processing and confirming bookings
• Coordinating pickup and delivery operations
• Disclosing sender details to the assigned driver for the sole purpose of completing the allocated trip
• Sending electronically generated invoices via Email and WhatsApp
• Communicating service notices or policy updates
• Compliance with applicable statutory, GST, and legal documentation requirements

3 Sharing of Information

All personal data collected from customers, drivers, and partners shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The company shall not share personal data with unauthorised third parties.

• Assigned Driver: Sender details are disclosed only to the driver assigned to that specific trip. Drivers are strictly prohibited from using customer information for any unauthorised, illegal, personal, or fraudulent activity.
• Legal Authorities: The company may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation.

4 Data Protection

Route 8 Logistics maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery, illegal payments, or unlawful inducements. The company is committed to protecting the personal data of all users and operates in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The Code of Conduct and Human Rights Policy of Route 8 Logistics strictly prohibits discrimination against employees, drivers, delivery partners, clients, and customers on the basis of gender, culture, religion, race, caste, location, or any other protected characteristic, ensuring fair and equal treatment across all operations.

5 Payment Security

To protect customers from fraud, the following payment safeguards are in place:

• All payments must be made strictly to the company's official QR code provided to the customer.
• The company does not request or accept payments made directly to any individual's personal account under any circumstances.
• The company shall not be responsible for any payments made directly to a driver or any personal account by the customer.
• Payments are accepted only if the amount is credited to the company's official account.
• All invoices will be electronically generated and shared via Email and WhatsApp. Being system-generated, these invoices do not require a signature.

6 Policy Updates

The company reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Updated policies shall be effective upon publication. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

7 Jurisdiction

Any complaints or disputes must be raised within 24 hours of delivery through the official customer support channels. The company shall investigate and respond within a reasonable time.
